If you are thinking of coming on safari It will be much easier for us to get things the way you want them if we know a little bit more, especially the following:

We arrange all sorts of different tailor-made holidays in East Africa. The most loved, time-honoured and traditional way to spend your time in the bush is on a luxury private tented safari. We have more than 40 years experience in taking people off on these adventures. As they are privately-guided (as are some lodge trips) this adds to the cost. Private air charters too are a more expensive option than schedule flights.

 

As in other parts of the world, costs can vary significantly. Generally however, the charge for ten days will be from $7,000 to $12,000 per person for bigger groups and from $10,000 to $20,000 for smaller parties.

 

We can also offer privately-guided lodge tours using some of the many exquisitely well-appointed, smaller lodges and camps.  These cost between $10,000 to $15,000 per person for ten days.

 

For smaller budgets, there are other, more rustic, lodges and camps that can be used and a safari at that level, with local guides and with little flying, will be less expensive. (Price guideline - $5,000 to $8,000 per person for ten days.)
